GetHuman-401584: Was told that system was updating to call back in *** hour after being disconnected * times and total wait time to speak with someone ** min called back again after waiting another ** minutes and was told system is still updating? Call back in another *** hours? Someone could call me but it could take them **hrs to do so? I was told that it was my opinion I told them no what happened are facts!Filed claim last week no phone yet just trying to find out why and since * am my time Have not been able to? Facts
