~Angry Customer: My first experience with them was showing up at my brand new apartment on a saturday after having called * weeks in advance to make sure the power was on. When we got there it was not working and they said they would send someone out. My landlord managed to fix the issue and when I called AC to tell them they did not have to come, I could not get through to a human on the phone after ** minutes so I gave up. They followed up by calling to ask again where I was and chewed me out for "not calling back" even though I tried to THREE TIMES. After our first bill where we signed up for auto-debit they stopped sending us bills paper or e-mail. We called to have this situation remedied and the woman on the phone was nice enough but the issue never got fixed after we hung up the phone.
