~macmai: I've been waiting my renewed driver license for * months. Calling DMV *-***-***-**** on their website is painful. Every time or day I tried the system just told me there's no "technician" I can talk to. Finally today I got through and waited for ** minutes all they can do is to gave me this ********** number.**The number (***) ***-**** is always busy. The only chance you can get through is keep hanging up*redialing. Done that for another good ** minutes. Once it got through the wait is short like ** second to speak to a human.**And the answer? They got some problem with my card (production*quality issue) so they have to remake it (I'll guess it's in a bad batch for lots of people). So the girl verified my name and address and will send me a temp, fellowed the official one later.**I guess if you're in the same situation: paid online*mail but not received the card over ** days - just relax and wait there's nothing you really can do.
