~coverghoul: I didnt experience a long wait time.. the first two calls i made i waited about two minutes and both calls had been unexpectedly disconnected by party on the other end. Third attempt was successful with a wait time of a minute or less. The employee that i had spoke with was very pleasant but difficult to understand due to his heavy accent. All in all, it took a total of approximately ten minutes and ended with success.

~coverghoul: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~coverghoul: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
