~Jim R: Not one of my phone calls over three days gets my Sunday Chronicle delivered! This is now the *th day! **On Sunday morning my Houston Chronicle never arrives. First time that I call the clerk says my paper will be here in ** minutes. It never arrives. Call two more times and still no Sunday Chronicle. * *At *:** Monday morning I call again. After the third call on Monday the clerk says she will *******escalate' my Sunday paper problem. Call again for the *th time on Monday and the clerk also says she will *******escalate' my Sunday paper no show. She says my Sunday Chronicle will be here tomorrow which is Tuesday. * *Again on Tuesday my Sunday Chronicle never arrives. The clerk takes my phone number that the Chronicle already has. She says she will give my phone number to the district manager. At almost * pm on Tuesday still no Sunday Chronicle. No call from the Chronicle district manager. Still no Sunday Houston Chronicle. * *Please tell me what is going on? Over * phone calls over *
