GetHuman-427223: They are not helpful,I was on hold for * hour and NEVER got a manager to help with the problem at hand,the mistake on my loan was Nationstar"s mistake,I have all paper work to show the mistake but I am not able to find one person that can help me.!!So unhappy with the whole process,on making my final payment my principle balance got changed by ***.** to Nationstar favor,I have called every number I can find and nothing,no help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
