~TechComReese: I followed the instructions and the automated voice said that all reps are unavailable at this time. Then it says that I can arrange to have them call me back a little later. "Okay" I thought, "let's do that". So I enter the time I'd like them to call me back, it says "the time you've chosen is not available. If you would like to hear our next available times, press *". "Okay" I thought, "let's hear those". They offered me a time slot not which would be long after the one I had asked for, I clicked it, and it said "that timeslot is NOT available".**Ummm... it just said that this was one of the AVAILABLE timeslots, and now it's throwing this at me? So I try for the next one, same thing, and then the one after that and, here's the best part... it said "you have reached the maximum number of attempts. Goodbye! *click*!"*...*...*Yes, that is exactly what it, what the robot said!*The only words I could muster at this point were "ARE YOU SERIOUS!?"
