GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Viper: prior post about the over seas lack of effectiveness when trying for service. So I tried to call Sears corporate, customer relations. The number that I got off the internet lands you with the corporate operator, or at least that is what they said. I asked for customer relations and was immediately put back on the over seas line. I called back and told them I wanted to speak to customer relations in Chicago and was immediately put back on the overseas line. Tried to call back a third and fourth time and the number did not answer (I think they blocked my number ) so I used another phone and it answered and I told the lady that I was wanting to speak to someone local she said, "LOOK! If you have a complaint you go overseas, GET IT?" then she hung up on me. I was never loud or rude in any way. So if this is the kind of help that is present at Corporate it pretty much tells you what the Corporate culture is. I am thankful I sold my Sears stock years years ago as I fear the long term progno

~Viper: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Viper: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Viper: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~Viper: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
