GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Telecheck customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-139561: This is the worst credit company known to man. They mistakenly associated someone else's defaulted check with my account. When they "corrected" the issue on their system they made it impossible for me to get the updated information to the leasing agent handling my apartment application--a new credit report would take ** days to produce and then it would be mailed, they said. They THEN proceeded to send me an updated credit report with yet another defaulted check incorrectly associated with me. These people are utterly incompetent. And, they don't care. There is no accountability at all and no concern for the fact that the mistakes they make on your credit reports have very serious consequences for you. Absolutely pathetic.
