GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's VitalChek customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~LegalEagle: I placed an order and had to submit the documents * times -- one month and half later I am still waiting for the document. I have placed numerous calls to see what the issue is and they keep updating their system to have this document released. To date I am still waiting. No document but they collected their processing fee on my card. Total waste of time -- I was better off writing to get the certificate by snail mail.

~LegalEagle: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LegalEagle: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VitalChek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LegalEagle: For that I would say five out of five.
