GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WageWorks customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DJ: I am trying to understand why my company went to an organization with such extreme incompetence in managing a program. WageWorks has been nothing but a pain in the backside since the company first started using them. Prior to them we had Aetna managing the Healthcare Flex spending and I never had an issue with any charge to the issued Debit card. With WageWorks, everything is an issue adn they will suspend the card in a heartbeat. You submit reciepts, they misplace them, they can't read you cover letter and understand why you are submitting receipts. The latest, last month I needed to submit card use receipts for my alergy shots. The day before, I had been to the same doctor's office and got an updated bill with reciepts so I made certain everything was there. While there, I had an additional charge of $*.**, so I paid it. On * June, see attached, I submitted all requested verification reciepts along with a cover letter explaining the receipts. The cover letter was very detail
