GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WageWorks customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~HCA User: Poor connection to what appeared to be an offshore call center. The first person that I spoke to did not understand any of the questions that I asked and blamed it on the bad connection. The second time, I got a better connection and the indian guy on the other end of the line was very polite but it seemed obvious that he was reading off of a script and he couldn't answer any questions that were out of the ordinary. At the end of the day, the calls were both a waste of time. Wageworks seems to make their system intentionally difficult to access.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WageWorks. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WageWorks problem?
~HCA User: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HCA User: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HCA User: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
~HCA User: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WageWorks to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~HCA User taken from his WageWorks customer service problem that occurred on November 6th, 2017.
