~pools: Didn't call customer service, but wanted a platform to see if others have a problem with their online balances. They are very confusing and tricky, always getting fees. Most times shows transactions pending.... By the time the deposits get credited, too many debits have occurred. Takes long time to see credits. *-** called to get credit from supplier put through. not sure how long it will take but not there as of *-** late in day. But charges are sure there from today (*-**) Thinking of switching banks.*Staff in branch can't explain anything and mumble about the transactions on their screen. Say they will credit me the $** fee but never happens. Been times when I know there was money in the account.
