GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman-rrgiacon: I received a coupon from Ebay for selling a gaming console. It is called a fulfillment coupon. I called customer service because I wasn't able to activate and that is when they told me that it has to go towards a new playstation or one that is bought off of ebay. I cant find it saying that anywhere and it expires the **th of this month. Hopefully you can find out if I can use it for whatever or if in fact I have to use it on a playstation which is what I sold and was rewarded the coupon for in the first place. Doesn't make any sense.

GetHuman-rrgiacon: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-rrgiacon: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-rrgiacon: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
GetHuman-rrgiacon: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
