GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eBay customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ken H: Was happy to find this *, as Ebay just sends you in circles. My lesson learned was to file a complaint immediately if an item is not received. I gave the seller a few days to resolve, and found out later that Ebay does nothing for * days after filing a complaint, then takes ** hrs to make a decision, and who knows how long to get a refund. Their refund policy is NOT buyer-friendly, so buyer beware.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eBay. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eBay problem?
~Ken H: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ken H: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ken H: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Ken H: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
