GetHuman-77685: After * years, my original Duo failed and I ordered a replacement. I was on hold for ** minutes on Monday and decided to order a replacement device that same day. Then I called back to get the new device added and the hold time was ** minutes. I almost switched to Magic Jack.

GetHuman-77685: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
