I called ***balloons.com and asked where my order was they called me back within *min and said it was on the truck, it arrived that night at *pm. I understand Valentine's is the busiest day of the year for flowers and balloons that is why I ordered mine * weeks in advance, not the day before or the day of Valentines, I am glad it got there. The cust. service rep was very nice and took care of me, I will use them again. **KP
