Person had no power to do anything. Could not connect me to a supervisor or transfer my call. Tried to resolve an apparent false advertising claim where they showed one item, but the description in the fine print does not indicate it. Only help was suggestion after all this time that I email the company. It is easier not to deal with this business. The are showing a more expensive item in the photo which does not match up with their written description. It may be intentionally vague. This company has no mechanism to actually be contacted.
