~stmigo: I called because the product I ordered was clearly the incorrect color. The lady "Rivka" was nice enough, I asked politely if she could look up my order, and she directed me to emailing. I said that since I had her on the phone, and that she was customer support, the right thing to do would be to look it up then and there. She did, but she didn't sound happy about it. She then agreed that it was the incorrect color and that if I could take a picture of the product (ironic that I ordered a camera) and attach it to the email, I should get a response within * days. I truly would've preferred handling it over the phone.
