~BUYERBEWARE: I ordered "Certified" diamond earrings in mid-October. Money was immediately deducted from my account! Waited three weeks before receiving a confirmation number acknowledging that the item was even shipped (after I sent two emails). Received the item. Received the item on Nov. *th. The earrings were the poorest quality diamonds that I've ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!! KMART sells better quality diamonds. you CANNOT just return items you don't want - you must send an email and wait for an RMA number. IT's BEEN A WEEK and four emails later - all I'm getting is this automated response. I found the *** customer service number (not listed on any receipt or website). The person who answered - offered NO SOLUTION to my issue. $*** of my money TIED UP FOR MORE THAN A MONTH FOR JUNK I DON'T WANT!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! USE PAYPAL IF YOU INSIST ON BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
