~bg: I ordered a product on October **, ****, and have not received it yet!(today's date:********) Have contacted them several times via email as their phone * says that they are closed for holiday. WHAT A JOKE!!! This is a Christmas present and I won't be seeing it. Did I mention that my account has been charged? It has* immediantly after I placed my order....Do not do business here!!!
