~dissapointed: The only help I was offered was that the person on the phone would send an email to customer service asking them to help me. I had done that myself already. It appears that I am out $**.** for merchandise ordered that they never shipped and no way to get help. The reply to my email said tracking said it was shipped and to check with my neighbors to see if they had it. But, my account tells me it was never shipped and there is no tracking number.
