~Sierraguy: The person who answered the phone "Scott" an Efficiency manager, was rude and even responded that I "Never call this number again because I'm not going to get help." He even cursed at me, using the bull%*$ term. They are losing my business and I am beginning to believe they aren't anything more than a clearinghouse for items that someone bought cheap off a ship.**My order has "been delayed and I will be contacted when it ships" and Scott even confirmed that they had no system for checking on my order.**If you have problems try emailing HR@*saleaday.com.**My rating: They got * star because there was no option for ZERO stars which they deserve. I have purchased from them before, their shipments are EXTREMELY SLOW so don't buy here if its a gift. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere for the satisfaction of giving the gift!
