~UNsatisfied: Will not answer the phone. This is the second time I've ordered merchandise to have it arrive broken or unusable. Then they want you to pay to return it in order to receive your own money back. But they will not pay for postage - so I'm out $** for a Keurig and $* for sheets. DO NOT ORDER from them.
