~AngelK: The customer service representatives do not speak English as a first language, so it makes it a little more difficult to understand and communicate. However, my problem was taken care of to my satisfaction. I had ordered a pair of boots, but the wrong size from what I ordered, was sent to me. The receipt in the box listed the size I ordered. I requested a free shipping label, since it was *pm's mistake, and they obliged. The representative already put in my replacement order.

~AngelK: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
