~marilyn: ****-***-**** was used for Houston Cronical is now San Fran Cronical, and the person was rude from the time she answered, kept interrupting before I could get more than * words out, I asked her kindly to listen to my question and she interrupted me * additional times, I finally told her she was not showing a good or professional attitude and she needed to be reported. Her company needs to know about the way she is conducting their business, not giving customer service as she is hired and paid to do.
