~taekix: I just started on * round in Colorado Springs and just love it. I had been going to a gym and hitting different machines with not much results. At *Round you hit the ground running with a cardio mix and hitting the bags for a full ** minute workout. After my second visit I could feel it all over my body. I would recommend *Round to anyone that wants to challenge their body. Our core is at the forefront of our body and that is what *Round challenges, your core. Don't wait if you want something different with a trainer there for you pushing you through a workout and do not mind sweating, this is definitely your workout!
