~ablemelbourne434: As a regular customer of A&W for * decades* I am a huge fan of A&W food products,however your location on ***st in Langley Bc has me questioning my loyalty. The reason I gave a * out of * for service & comm is because there wasn't any service or comm,I waited ** min at the speaker with no response so I drove to the window only to have a young male employee look at me and continue his conversation with a fellow employee.My option for fast food at the time was to go to Macdonalds where my order took approx * min.This is not the first time this has happened at this location,upon the *rd time I decided to leave a complaint as this is unacceptable service.I will continue to be a customer of A&W as I am sure you will address this service issue.By the way the *th st location in Saskatoon gets a ** out of ** in every categorie.Thank you.
