GetHuman-415241: I have been a customer of your restaurant for many years, I really like your commercials. But yesterday, I thought I would try your new Grandma Burger, it was burnt and very sloppy. Very disappointing. The restaurant was in Lindsay, Ontario, Canada, as a rule your staff is very polite, but yesterday, it was terrible. I am a senior, who can only geta treat now and then, I guess I won't begoing back. Sorry. *****@***.com
