~gsdgerman: I ordered a leaf cover, called in the order a month later it still hadn't shown up. I called on a Saturday to check on order and I got HORRIBLE customer service. He sounded very young and was very condescending! He said they must have called me to tell me the product is no longer available! I said nope they didn't then he asks me if I checked my spam folder. Yes, I did. Then he rudely asks me how he can help me......pass on this company!!! Not worth the savings.
