~Anonymous: I had gotten a charge for renewal without notification by phone or email. This was upsetting due to the fact that I canceled my subscription some time ago. I was so happy to see that there was a number online to contact customer service. I was nervous after reading the comments, but called to request a refund anyway. The customer service representative was patient and understanding and processed the refund without argument. My son is too old for curriculum offered but all in all a peasant experience.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
