~Legal Assistant: Don't get an aol mail account. You can't get help at all because your a free customer, and they only care about your problems if you are subscribed to an America On Line web browser.

~Legal Assistant: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Legal Assistant: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AOL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Legal Assistant: For that I would say three out of five.
