GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AOL customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~143u: I spoke with an aol representative by the name of rhea who did not assist me and kept putting me on hold for long periods of time. She stated she could not help me and that the reason she continued to have delayed responses to my questions and concerns. At that point I became frustrated and asked to speak to a supervisor who also did not assist me. I asked her to refer me to someone who could assist me and I also requested an office location so I could speak with someone directly. She failed to assist me and would not give me any information. The rep as well as the supervisor were not useful or knowledgeable as well as lacked the patience necessary to effectively deal with people. The supervisor was so upset because I refused to hang up until I was assist that she left the phone and after ten mins hung up. Prior to her hanging up I called the same customer service help line with another phone and spoke to a different representative by the name of Sahehi, he was very knowledgeable patie
