~muirton26: i have tried nearly all of your customer services over the last five ays, and Ihave got no where at all, and some of the phone numbers you give out charge money for their services, i am trying to reset my password, and it seems that this is the hardest thing in the world to do in AOL. why is that? it could be made simpler by allowing people to make the changes on line, and saying there has been suspicious circumstances on my e-mail address is what? what does that show me what I have done wrong? how do Ii reset y password? *****@***.com

~muirton26: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~muirton26: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AOL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~muirton26: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AOL customers?
