~att sucks: There is no easy way to change the rate plan! Have to get to a human operator. Like trying to find a human on jupiter.**Purposely made it difficult so once people select a higher rate plan they cant go to a different plan as per their requirement. Underhanded tactics to extract money from easy goin folks.
