~Anonymous: Worst service by far from any other provider. On their Pay as you Go website you cannot retrieve any billing history past one month. Calling them is an ordeal since their phone system with the endless useless options that it has (except the option to reach the operator) is designed to discourage you from contacting them. I don't know how such company manages to survive after all.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Go Phone. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Go Phone problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
