~REAPERSOLDIER: i couldn't refill my go phone account for over * hours becuase it kept saying "the recharge service is not currenty available". this is absolutely ridiculous. i need my phone and i signed up because it was supposed to be so easy. this i my first time refilling my phone and i've been without it for * days. i've spent over an hour and half total waiting for cutomer service and trying to refill my phone and i'm still without service. i entered my debit card and did everything i was supposed to and at the end it just sai "sorry, we couldn't complete your transaction and hung up on me. i have the money and i need my phone turned on, this is the most frustrating thing ever
