~Judy Cheney: ********* Called tech support *th time to correct problem. Spoke with gentleman named Greg for approximately **min. The first statement he made was we will fix problem this name. I laughed and said yea that is what they all said. Greg went over and beyond what would be expected of him, for this I say thank you. After * phone calls problem fixed. I feel that the fact that he spoke ENGLISH clearly helped me a great deal. Greg should be shown appreciation from the company for the job he did. Again I don't know how AT&T praises their employees, but you could certainly use more like him. Ms. Judy Cheney (long time customer)
