~hunter: I recently called AT&T regarding my bill. I wanted to see why I was being billed for something I already paid. After being pinged ponged to * different people - of course additional wait time - each claimed that they could not help me but the next person would. Finally, when I was going to be sent to another person (*th) (that would know how to do their job) I told agent I had no more patience and had to hang up. I would call back on Monday.**Funny, the only real working numbers were for adding services. Same with the web, the website would not completely make connections.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Tech Support. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Tech Support problem?
~hunter: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hunter: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hunter: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T Tech Support customers?
~hunter: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T Tech Support to know who you are.
