GetHuman-380022: I was finally connected to the internet the day of the superbowl because my son talk to AT & T Tech support to work through the initial settings but the disconnect of the internet happened on Feb. * and I have been down until Feb. **. I called support and a foriegn male ended up telling me that I needed a new modem, I could order it from him and just pay the shipping. I told him I did not want it, didn't feel like that was my problem but he did not have another solution. When I finally got back to AT & T through a different * they told me I had to use the reset tool, it told me that AT & T had a problem, for me to follow the directions through this service & support tool. I have called two different *'s for support and one of the recordings told me I had to hold on for a ** minute wait. Why didn't someone take my number and call me back? Why did this tech guy say I needed more equpment and I did not?.
