~judi franich: It took the agent ** minutes to realize I was calling on my DSL line and she couldn't tell me the number she was transferring me to, and the number was an incorrect number. THEN, I finally received a number from a repair representative. I've been on that line now for * minutes and they still cannot locate my account!

~judi franich: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~judi franich: For that I would say five out of five.
