~nothappy: NEVER again!! They did not listen to me, did not fix my computer and over charged me. I had to speak with * people, having to tell them ALL the SAME problem (they only allow a tec ** minutes with you at a time then you are passed to another one). I cancelled my 'monthly' service and they keep charging me and will not give me my money back. I will be more than happy to call *-***-Geeksquad next time and have a PERSON help me!

~nothappy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nothappy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nothappy: For that I would say three out of five.

~nothappy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T Tech Support to know who you are.
