~Ron Hoskins: Wait time was very short. Problem is, I was calling about U-Verse, so they had to transfer me. Agent was very quick and efficient in getting me to the correct department.

~Ron Hoskins: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Ron Hoskins: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
