GetHuman-327608: Yesterday I woke up to horrible static on my phone line. Using my cell phone, I held for ** minutes, then went online to file a repair order. Got a message back that repair would be made by the end of day, IN ONE WEEK! Meanwhile, no landline phone. Trying again to call got me to auto response, same msg, will repair within one week! I HATE AT&T
