~kw: Cancelled service over * months ago and returned the box. Have receipt and everything for returned items, however, was billed $*** anyway. Called ** times over the past several months to get it sorted out. Talk to different person each time and was finally assured that the matter had been taken care of. Got a call today from collections agency looking for the bill.....get it together AT&T U-Verse. I just want to be rid of AT&T forever.

~kw: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kw: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kw: For that I would say four out of five.
