Determined it was a bad SIM card. Sent message to our local AT&T for new SIM card on Monday, no charge. She is A** Customer Satisfaction Professional!*Helpful information Deloris pprovided for future as this is our main phone*(no longer have a lan line)********* Recharge phone when bars at top of screen are at **% or below.*********Charge every night*********Keep charger in the car for available charging.*********Charge at places like McDonalds or other places where available.*********Back up all information on phone (or what you feel you need) to iTunes or iCloud at least once a month so you don't loose info from your pho
