~asunsetdream69: Att has charged me double for internet service for the last ** months. They ate now telling me that " I have to take a credit on my bill instead of a refund." I am under NO contract with them and therefore they should not be able to force me to take a credit. I have had Att for ** years now and I guess it is time for a change.

~asunsetdream69: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~asunsetdream69: For that I would say four out of five.
