GetHuman-189430: Dear At&t,**I am filling a complain for irresponsible and careless service from AT&T.*I have owned a small business in Kennesaw, GA area and we are using several business phone lines and internet service.*An agent from AT&T or AT&T outsourced sales rep contacted me about * or * months ago.*I have agreed his offer and signed contract. I sent signed contract over to him and he promised to install AT&T router and switch everything over in * or * weeks, then * weeks past by nothing happened. I called left massage multiple times and sent email multiple time, but no return calls or email responses.*By then I have already notified my current service provider that I am cancelling service with them. *I had to quickly call back to current service provider again and have them not disconnect the service.*While I was looking for other service providers, I have received a poster card in the mail with a person's name stating he's my AT&T business account manager. I have decided to give him a call, he
