~r_tpoole@swbell.net: I really appreciate the improved wait times and real time billing credits instead of having to wait until the next billing cycle. Your website is beginning to be all inclusive and so much improved than it was a few back. It has taken your web design people a while, but they are getting there. Congrats.**Still, I have to call AT&T more than any other utility company. And I usually have to call a couple of times to get a problem resolved. Everyone is very friendly and gets the corrections made. But it still gets old having to call. Why is my bill always different?
