GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~laura thorp: I took my grandma to the location in Spring, TX--*****--& they were horrible to her. She was due to renew her contract and so I took her in to look at a new phone. The greeter, a Caucasian male with dark brown hair was so rude to her. Granted she had a lot of questions, but his curt manner was unnecessary. I was so appalled I ended up taking her to Sprint down the street which was cheaper anyway. When my contract is up, I'm going to switch providers as well.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~laura thorp: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~laura thorp: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~laura thorp: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~laura thorp: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
